Over the last nine years Food Options has grown rapidly to establish itself as one of the key players in the supply of speciality chilled and frozen foods to the foodservice sector.

With over 1000 customers throughout Scotland & NE England the company’s expansion is based on exclusive and innovative product sourcing from more than 160 factories across Europe and the UK.

Our range of over 1500 products – sourced direct from the manufacturer – includes game, seafood, ice cream and sorbets, French and Italian Cheeses, olives and pesto, oils and vinegars, antipasto, cooking wines, pastry shells, canapés and Spanish and Italian charcuterie.

In 2007 we moved into a brand new custom built warehouse which involved a £1.5M investment allowing us to massively extend our range of products – in the period since, frozen foods have become our fastest growing product group and plans are already underway to build a 5,000 square foot extension in the summer of 2010 which will treble our capacity on frozen sales.

We offer a 24 hour lead time, complete temperature integrity and full product traceability under our CMi Gold Standard accreditation.
